Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Jili Boo ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Jili Boo platform at jiliboo.app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the Jili Boo platform, including but not limited to the online casino, JILI slots, live dealer games, sports betting, boxing betting, basketball betting, and any promotional activities or bonuses offered from time to time.

Jili Boo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Jili Boo after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check back periodically and stay informed.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Jili Boo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jili Boo does not knowingly allow access to minors. Any account determined to have been created by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed immediately.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Jili Boo or associated responsible gaming registries.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Jili Boo or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Jili Boo may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time, including a valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's licence, or similar.

Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Jili Boo. If you discover you have more than one account — whether created intentionally or accidentally — you must contact our support team immediately to resolve the situation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Jili Boo will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you personally performed those actions. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately so we can secure it.

• You may update your contact details at any time through your account settings.
• Account name changes require identity verification and written request to our support team.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a dormancy process. We will contact you before any dormancy fees are applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Jili Boo are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Jili Boo supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and Maya (e-wallet transfers)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit cards)

Deposits are generally credited to your Jili Boo account instantly or within a few minutes depending on your chosen payment method. Jili Boo does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business hour during normal operating hours. Withdrawals outside of those hours will be processed on the next available business day. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

Jili Boo reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection on your standing as a customer.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jili Boo offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is active. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all Jili Boo promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. JILI Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• Maximum Bet: When playing with active bonus funds, a maximum bet limit applies. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.

Jili Boo has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically exploiting bonus structures through low-risk betting patterns, or colluding with other players. Any accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses removed and may face permanent suspension.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on Jili Boo use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently tested and audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are accurate and based on the game provider's certified specifications.

In the event of a game malfunction, error, or technical fault, any bets placed during the affected period may be voided. Jili Boo will make reasonable efforts to contact affected players and resolve such situations as quickly as possible. Bets that are voided due to technical errors will have the original stake returned.

For live dealer games and sports betting, specific rules apply to each product and are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• Bets cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed by the system.
• In the case of a sporting event being abandoned or postponed, Jili Boo's sporting event rules will apply as stated in the Sports Betting section.
• Obvious errors in odds or payouts — such as a clearly incorrect price caused by a system error — do not create a valid entitlement to a payout and may be voided.

7 Responsible Gaming

Jili Boo takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from your account settings.

If you feel your gaming is no longer within your control, please use our self-exclusion feature or contact our support team immediately. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon without delay, and we will not attempt to re-engage you during the exclusion period.

8 Privacy & Data

Jili Boo collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Jili Boo, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We use your personal information solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, processing transactions, customer support, and compliance with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and Jili Boo is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. Financial transaction data is handled through certified payment processors and is not stored in full on Jili Boo's systems.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jili Boo platform. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity
• Colluding with other players or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or obvious odds mistakes for unfair advantage
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Jili Boo platform
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Jili Boo staff or other players

10 Limitation of Liability

Jili Boo provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jili Boo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical malfunctions, internet outages, or platform downtime, beyond the return of the affected stake
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• Loss of profits or gaming opportunities arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Actions taken by your bank, e-wallet provider, or internet service provider that affect your ability to access or use Jili Boo

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your Jili Boo account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.

Jili Boo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Detection of duplicate accounts
• A player being added to a self-exclusion list
• A change in applicable laws or regulations that prevents us from serving the player

In cases of account closure due to a terms breach, Jili Boo reserves the right to void any bonus funds and associated winnings, and to withhold any balance pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
